Food and Drink
Carrying on that special 'flavour' of Shetland theme and satisfying the crowd's appetite, Shetland Selection, Bestafoys Catering, The Great Wall, Cafe Consulate, Relish, Merrie Dancers, Peerie Treats and The Shetland Fudge Company will set out their stalls on the pier while Valhalla Brewery will take charge of the bar serving thirst quenching pints of ale. Participating in the Johnsmas Foy Hanseatic theme is The Wee Hut serving a traditional Hanseatic dish using Shetland produce.

Bestafoys Catering
Bestafoys Catering has become synonymous with promoting Shetland’s products for over 10 years and is well known at Flavour of Shetland. Bestafoys will be selling favourites such as Shetland lamb burgers and a selection of dishes with an international twist to show the versatility of local produce.
Merrie Dancers
If you enjoy quality, flavoursome, home-cooked food, then you will love our range of exquisite hand-made preserves - each produced in small batches for that special taste.
Peerie Treats
Handmade fudge and sweets in a variety of flavours.
Relish
A range of locally reared beef and lamb sausages, burgers and minute steaks.

Shetland Selection offers local specialities with a twist! An exciting range of island produce cooked to special recipes appealing to locals and visitors alike.
The Cafe Consulate
High quality coffee bar providing traditional Italian style coffees, teas and homebakes. New menu includes iced coffees and teas - refreshing on a hot day.

As a local Chinese/Thai restaurant The Great Wall try to make use of local produce in their menu. Creating an authentic style of cuisine using local produce!

The Wee Hut
Originating in Bremen and based in Edinburgh since 2003, The Wee Hut offers various kinds of traditional German sausages (Bratwurst, Thueringer, Nuremberger, smoked sausages and Weisswurst) with either deliciously cooked white or red cabbage or fried potatoes. A very famous Hanseatic dish is "Labskaus" served with pickled herring will be on offer.
