Some of Shetland’s best craftspeople will showcase their products highlighting the range of craft and knitwear available locally. Visitors will be able to browse through the market stalls and buy quality items to take home.

Aamos Designs is a unique fashion company created by designers Emma Blain and Claire Henry. They create and produce one off garmets using weave, knit, print and embroidery. Producers of scarves, bags, purses, skirts and jumper dresses. Aamos Designs website

Burra Bears
The original Shetland Teddy Bear established 1997. Delightful, collectable bears handmade in the Shetland island of Burra and produced from recycled traditional Fair Isle knitwear. Each bear comes with his own name and personality making them as individual andunique as we are! Burra Bears website
Donna Smith Designs
Donna Smith designs and produces a unique range of contemporary textiles including a new range of handbags, purses, corsages, cushions and pincusions that are constructed from 100% wool felt. Additionally, she creates various accessories from handmade felt including scarves, collars and brooches using merino and Shetland wools. Donna takes her inspiration from a wide variety of sources, including aspects of the Shetland landscape to create an array of exclusive and distinctive products.
Hnoss Jewellery
The name hnoss is taken from the old Norse meaning ornament or treasure, and that is just what these pieces of jewellery have been designed to be. Inspiration comes from the many Viking treasure hoards which have been found across Scandinavia and Britain. Inspiration is also taken from the woldlife and nature of Shetland. Joanna Hunter Knitwear
Shetland Knitwear, using the eclectic colour mixes of the Shetland landscape as her influences. Lorna Sandison
Based in Lochend, Northmavine, Lorna produces a collection ofphotographs that display some of the more isolated and remote parts of Shetland. Modern techniques have allowed her to expand the range of products to capture the cultural, traditional and historical ambience of Shetland. Look out for her range of Fair Isle mugs, coasters and mouse mats.
Oksana Peterson Designs
Handmade items of jewellery from glass beads, crystals, silver wire and semiprecious stones. A range of designs offers something for every occasion and gives an opportunity for individuals to find something to compliment their own style and personality. Oksana takes inspiration from the interaction of light and water in the Shetland landscapes and seascapes.
Paparwark Furniture
Paparwark Furniture specialiese in designing and manufacturing quality furniture from hardwoods and veneers, aiming to provide a service for clients who envision unique pieces of furntirue for their living environment. By working closely with the client their requirements are transformed and refined into quality finished products. Most of the inspiration comes from the culture and natural surroundings in Shetland.
